Description of the case:
Edotomsail trying to start and crosses head of wind, causing crash with me who had no way to run (more stb boats over me). After our crash I had to stop completly not to interrupt other boats. I believe my race was ruined by Edotomsail who in my opinion broke not only RRS13 but also rule 2.

edotomsail passed head to wind and head to keep clear of ryh00 under RRS 13. ryh00 collides with edotomsail and was stopped.
It was a rude infringement, when edotomsail maneuvred in a grossly negligent way. Therefore edotomsail infringed RRS 2. She retired after finishing the race, but the applicable penalty has to taken promptly.

edotomsail breaks RRS 13, 2 and is disqualified in the Medalrace.

Request of redress acceptet under RRS 62.1 (d). ryh00's points in the medalrace shall be her average points in F1,2 and 3.

I did not fully avoid (just to the head of wind), because if I did I would have to tack and either cause collision with stb boats over me or force them to to tack away in order to avoid me. I decided that most correct (for the whole final fleet) is not to put other boats into this situation.

I agree however, that the redress with avreage scores from races 1,2,3 is (with the medal race with doubles scores) not a fair one.

unfortunatly it does not change the fact that once again I've made a horrible 2 final races of NC;) That becomes a tradition...

Ryh00's points in race M shall be calculated from the following formula:
((F1+F2+F3)/3)*2
where F1, F2 and F3 is her points in race F1, F2 and F3
